Delivery within Germany: We usually deliver within 2 - 4 business days.

Method of payment

Within Germany: on invoice and via credit card.
You will receive an order confirmation of the order by e-mail

Outside Germany: Payment in advance by bank transfer or by credit card.

Privacy Policy

Your data will be used exclusively for the provision of the services offered on our website, in particular applicable order, sending the newsletter and contact information. Delivery (Shipping and Handling)

For deliveries within Germany we charge a shipping fee of € 2.50.

Delivery within Germany is usually done by regular mail. The shipping abroad is usually by airmail, registered mail. Until full payment the goods remain the property of Ruf Records GmbH. Should an illustrated article is out of stock, we reserve the right to withdraw. Damages or other claims can not be asserted.

Terms of payment

Each specified catalog prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs generally. It shall be the prices published on our website. Please note that certain items can only be temporary. If you pay with Visa and MasterCard, the invoice amount is collected at the time of shipment of goods. After submitting the order, a purchase agreement between Ruf Records GmbH and the customer comes into existence.


You can revoke your contract within two weeks without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, email) or by returning the goods, if the goods in original condition (wrapped goods). The cost of a return must be paid by you, if the delivered goods ordered by you to purchase. In the case of an effective cancellation the mutually received benefits are to be returned and any benefits (eg interest). Can you give us the performance received whole or in part, or to return only in deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation for the value. This does not apply if the deterioration is exclusively due to their inspection, as they would in a retail store. In addition, you can avoid compensation by not using the goods as an owner in use and omitting everything, which impairs their value. Mode of payment for consignments outside Germany:

Return of goods: all goods can be returned within 14 days.

Payment in advance:
Unfortunately we don't deal with checks because of extremely high banking fees. That means that you can send us the cash money in an envelope via air mail or you can make a wire transfer with the note "free of charges for the receiver" as we don't want to pay for any fees, which our bank would deduct from the total amount.

That means that you would have to pay for any banking charges. Please note that we have a EURO and a DOLLAR account. Please take care of that you use the correct bank details (see below). Thank you.
