Lieferbedingungen (Versand & Kosten)
Für Sendungen innerhalb Deutschlands erheben wir eine Versandpauschale in Höhe von 2,50 €.
Für Sendungen ins Ausland (Europa und Welt) erheben wir eine Versandpauschale in Höhe von 5,50 € / 5.50 US $ (USA).
Der Versand innerhalb Deutschlands erfolgt in der Regel auf dem normalen Postweg. Der Versand ins Ausland erfolgt in der Regel auf dem Postweg, per Einschreiben. Bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung bleibt die Ware das Eigentum der Ruf Records GmbH. Sollte ein dargestellter Artikel bei uns nicht vorrätig sein, behalten wir uns ein Rücktrittsrecht vor. Schadensersatz oder sonstige Ansprüche können nicht geltend gemacht werden.
Zahlungsbedingungen
Die jeweils angegeben Katalogpreise verstehen sich inklusive der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer und grundsätzlich zzgl. der Versandkosten. Es gelten die jeweils auf unserer Webseite veröffentlichten Preise. Bitte beachten Sie, dass bestimmte Angebote zeitlich befristet sein können. Bei Zahlung mit VISA und MasterCard wird der Rechnungsbetrag zum Zeitpunkt des Warenversands eingezogen. Nach Absenden der Bestellung kommt ein Kaufvertrag zwischen Ruf Records GmbH und dem Besteller zu Stande.
Widerrufsrecht
Sie können Ihre Vertragserklärung innerhalb von zwei Wochen ohne Angabe von Gründen in Textform (z. B. Brief, E-Mail) oder durch Rücksendung der Sache widerrufen, sofern die Ware im Originalzustand (eingeschweißte Ware) ist. Die Kosten einer Rücksendung sind von Ihnen zu tragen, sofern die gelieferte Ware der von Ihnen bestellten entspricht. Die Frist beginnt nach Erhalt dieser Belehrung in Textform, jedoch nicht vor Eingang der Ware beim Empfänger (bei der wiederkehrenden Lieferung gleichartiger Waren nicht vor Eingang der ersten Teillieferung) und auch nicht vor Erfüllung unserer Informationspflichten gemäß § 312c Abs. 2 BGB in Verbindung mit § 1 Abs. 1, 2 und 4 BGB-InfoV sowie unserer Pflichten gemäß § 312e Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB in Verbindung mit § 3 BGB-InfoV. Widerrufsfolgen
Im Falle eines wirksamen Widerrufs sind die beiderseits empfangenen Leistungen zurückzugewähren und ggf. gezogene Nutzungen (z.B. Zinsen) herauszugeben. Können Sie uns die empfangene Leistung ganz oder teilweise nicht oder nur in verschlechtertem Zustand zurückgewähren, müssen Sie uns insoweit ggf. Wertersatz leisten. Dies gilt nicht, wenn die Verschlechterung der Ware ausschließlich auf deren Prüfung, wie sie Ihnen etwa im Ladengeschäft möglich gewesen wäre, zurückzuführen ist. Im Übrigen können Sie die Wertersatzpflicht vermeiden, indem Sie die Sache nicht wie Ihr Eigentum in Gebrauch nehmen und alles unterlassen, was deren Wert beeinträchtigt. Paketversandfähige Sachen sind auf unsere Gefahr zurückzusenden, nicht paketversandfähige Sachen werden bei Ihnen abgeholt. Verpflichtungen zur Erstattung von Zahlungen müssen innerhalb von 30 Tagen erfüllt werden. Die Frist beginnt für Sie mit der Absendung Ihrer Widerrufserklärung oder der Sache, für uns mit deren Empfang.

Terms of payment
Each specified catalog prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs generally. It shall be the prices published on our website. Please note that certain items can only be temporary. If you pay with Visa and MasterCard, the invoice amount is collected at the time of shipment of goods. Withdrawal
You can revoke your contract within two weeks without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, email) or by returning the goods, if the goods in original condition (wrapped goods). Consequences
In the case of an effective cancellation the mutually received benefits are to be returned and any benefits (eg interest). Can you give us the performance received whole or in part, or to return only in deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation for the value. This does not apply if the deterioration is exclusively due to their inspection, as they would in a retail store. In addition, you can avoid compensation by not using the goods as an owner in use and omitting everything, which impairs their value. Unfortunately we don't deal with checks because of extremely high banking fees. That means that you can send us the cash money in an envelope via air mail or you can make a wire transfer with the note "free of charges for the receiver" as we don't want to pay for any fees, which our bank would deduct from the total amount.
